Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

  • On which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods under one order and these are delivered simultaneously.

  • On which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, provided you ordered multiple goods under one order and these are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done via email: support@wearstyl.com.

You may use the attached cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 30 days after receiving your withdrawal notification.

  • For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

  • In no case will this reimbursement incur additional costs for you.

We may refuse reimbursement until:

  • We have received the returned goods, or

  • You have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and no later than 30 days from the date on which you notified us of the withdrawal of the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this reduction in value is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for Exclusion and Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • For the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and are made according to the consumer's specifications or are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

  • For the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.

  • For the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon when the contract was concluded, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and the value of which is subject to fluctuations in the market.

  • For the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • For the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been broken after delivery.

  • For the delivery of goods that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

  • For the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was broken after delivery.
